    You can make an appointment for yourself or your family member at any of our four locations by emailing appointments@viphc.org or by calling 340-713-8083.

    During your first appointment, one of our care coordinators will talk with you about how we can help you to meet your health care and social services needs.

    We’ll also determine your eligibility and then complete your enrollment to receive services.
